Located on the west edge of Osborne sits the Sanders Baseball Complex.  The complex was completed in 2001 and has been home to Osborne baseball and softball ever since.  The complex has four fields and used by various teams throughout the summer.  In the center of the complex is found a maintenance building complete with restrooms, a concession stand, and a press box that overlooks all four fields.  A picnic area is located immediately west of the center building.  In the south alley is a memorial planter complete with the names of the donors for the complex.

The largest field in the northwest part of the complex is home to American Legion Post 49's baseball team.  The northeast field houses the K-18 baseball team and adult softball teams.  The two small fields in the south part of the complex are busy with all the girls' softball teams, T-ball teams, and Midget (coach pitch) baseball.  Every three to four years, Osborne is host to the State PeeWee Baseball Tournament.

All baseball and softball schedules come in May.  To obtain copies of the various schedules, call the Osborne City Office at 785-346-5611.

The Osborne swimming pool, located in Hardman Park, is open from Memorial Day weekend thru mid-August.  Besides the big pool, there is also a wading pool available for small children.  A sun deck is available above the pool house.  Concessions are available.
